The procurement phase for the the 2012 auction is now in full swing! Please use the following documents when getting donor commitments:
- Auction “How-to” – Started guide to the procurement process for RNCS community members interested in signing up donors
- Procurement Letter – A brief introduction to our program and why donations are important that can be given to prospects
- Procurement Form – Form to track donations of goods & services to be auctioned off at the 2012 RNCS auction
- Sponsorship Form – Form to track cash donations towards sponsoring the auction
